This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to chateaudeboulbon.fr is collected and processed, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data We Collect and Purposes
We only collect the data you provide to us: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter; your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact us; and the data required for your order when you purchase a ticket through the BilletWeb ticketing module. The website also measures its audience in aggregate and without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics), without identifying visitors.
Legal Bases
The newsletter is sent on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Ticketing data is processed for the performance of the sales contract (Article 6.1.b). Cookieless audience measurement is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6.1.f). Enquiries received by email are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to them.
Processors and Recipients
We rely on the following service providers: Brevo (newsletter and transactional emails); BilletWeb (online ticketing and payment — order data is processed under its own privacy policy, available at billetweb.fr); Vercel (website hosting and cookieless audience measurement); Sanity (editorial content management); Google (authentication for the admin area only, and Google Workspace business email). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; the corresponding transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies
The website itself sets no advertising cookies or tracking technologies. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies. Two third-party contents are the exception: the presentation video embedded on the Visit page is served by YouTube, and loading it triggers requests to YouTube (Google) servers that may set third-party cookies; the BilletWeb ticketing module may use technical cookies required for the ordering process.
Retention Periods
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries received by email are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Ticketing order data is retained by BilletWeb in accordance with its own policy and applicable legal obligations, in particular accounting rules.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@boulbon.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
